All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Evri. The majority of orders are dispatched the same day (Monday - Friday) when orders are received before 1pm.

Orders generally arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch. If your order is urgent and needed for a particular date, we advise using the guaranteed next day delivery service.

If you are ordering personalised jewellery, such as handwriting jewellery, we may email you a visual proof to approve before engraving. Our dispatch time may vary if we do not hear back before the next postal run.
