    UK SHIPPING

    All orders are sent via Royal Mail. The majority of orders are dispatched the same day (Monday - Friday) when orders are received before 1pm.

    Orders generally arrive within 2 days of dispatch. If your order is urgent and needed for a particular date, we advise using the guaranteed next day delivery service.

    PERSONALISED JEWELLERY

    If you are ordering personalised jewellery, we will email you a visual proof to approve before engraving. Our dispatch time may vary if we do not hear back before the next postal run.

    OTHER INFORMATION

    • Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge
    • All deliveries are sent signed for - you will receive tracking information at point of dispatch
    • Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date
    • Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays
    • All orders come packed in our beautiful Treatfully branded boxes, free of charge. If you would like your product to be gift wrapped please add a note to your order

    RETURNS

    We understand, sometimes your purchase might not work for you and you want your money back. While we think you’ll be super satisfied with your jewellery, if you do want to return it, there are just a few things to bear in mind.

    You will need to notify us that you’d like to return your item by emailing hello@treatfully.co.uk, with your order number, within 14 days of placing the order.

    We’ll let you know what to do next.

    Please note, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty. Personalised jewellery is also non-returnable as it will be custom-made to order.

    We recommend sending your returns via tracked mail, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items.

    We hope you understand that if an item is returned to us damaged, used, or in an unsafe condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
